197  Application for review

(1)     A responsible authority or interested party may apply to the licensing authority for a review by the authority of a premises licence.

(2)     An application must—

(a)     be made in the prescribed form and manner,

(b)     specify the grounds on which the review is sought, and

(c)     contain or be accompanied
