(1)     In this Part—

“c´Ç²Ô±¹¾±³¦³Ù¾±´Ç²Ôâ€Å¨¶Ä”

(a)     has the meaning given by section 1(4) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and

(b)     includes, to the extent required by section 125, a spent conviction within the meaning of that Act,
