109 Ìý°ä´Ç²Ô±¹¾±³¦³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô

(1)     If the holder of an operating licence is convicted of an offence by or before a court in Great Britain he shall as soon as is reasonably practicable notify the Commission of—

(a)     his conviction, and

(b)     any sentence passed
