22  Penalties for offences under Part II

(1)     A person guilty of an offence to which this subsection applies shall be liable—

(a)     on summary conviction—

(i)     to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum; or

(ii)     to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months; or

(iii)     to both; and
