7  Power to apply Part I of Act to British dominions, protectorates and mandated territories

(1)     His Majesty may by Order in Council direct that this Part of this Act shall apply to His Majesty's dominions outside the United Kingdom and to judgments obtained in the courts of the said dominions as it applies to foreign countries
