[144C  Matters to consider when making CRR rules]

[(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý When making CRR rules, the PRA must, among other things, have regard to—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý relevant standards recommended by the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision from time to time,

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý the likely effect of the rules on the relative standing of the United Kingdom as a place for internationally active credit institutions and investment firms to be based
