19  Asset protection scheme etc

(1)     The Treasury may, by notice in writing, require a person who participates (or is proposing to participate) in the asset protection scheme or a qualifying scheme—

(a)     to provide such information, or

(b)     to produce such documents,

as they may reasonably require for the purposes of, or in connection with, the scheme or a relevant scheme
