229  Advice and information

(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý [The CMA] must prepare and publish advice and information with a view to—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý explaining the provisions of this Part to persons who are likely to be affected by them, and

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý indicating how the [CMA] expects such provisions to operate.
