215 Ìý´¡±è±è±ô¾±³¦²¹³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô²õ

(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý An application for an enforcement order must name the person the enforcer thinks—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý has engaged or is engaging in conduct which constitutes a domestic or a [Schedule 13 infringement], or

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý is likely to engage in conduct which constitutes a [Schedule 13 infringement].
