[10A  Electricity transmission and the operation of electricity interconnectors: requirement for certain participants to be certified as independent]

[(1)     A person who, for any period on or after the relevant date, holds a transmission licence and participates in the transmission of electricity for the purpose mentioned in subsection (2) must ensure that the person is certified by the Authority under section 10D
