37  Interpretation of Part

(1)     In this Part—

“disqualification order” means an order made under section 30;

“relevant elective office” means the office of—

(a)     member of the House of Commons;

(b)     member of Senedd Cymru;

(c)     member of the Northern Ireland Assembly;

(d)     member of a local authority in England,
