82  Records relating to dissolved companies etc

(1)     The Companies Act 2006 is amended as follows.

(2)     Section 1084 (records relating to companies that have been dissolved etc) is to extend also to Scotland and is amended as follows—

(a)     in subsection (1), after paragraph (c) insert—

“and a reference in this section to “the relevant date” is to the date on which the company was dissolved, the overseas company
