(1)     The following come into force on the day on which this Act is passed—

(a)     section 88;

(b)     section 112;

(c)     sections 115 and 116;

(d)     sections 117, 119 and 120;

(e)     this section.

(2)     The following come into force at the end of the period of two months beginning with the day on which this Act is passed—

(a)     section 1;

(b)     section 2;

(c)     section 3;

(d)     section 7;

(e)     sections 9 to 13;

(f)     sections 82 to 86;

(g)     section 90;

(h)     sections
