138  Short title, commencement and extent

(1)     This Act may be cited as the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001.

(2)     The provisions of this Act, other than this section and sections 42 and 43, 81 to 85, 109, 116(7) and 119(7), shall come into force on such day as the Secretary of State may by order made
