The Armed Forces Act 2006 is amended as follows.

In section 50(2) (jurisdiction of the Court Martial: service offences), after paragraph (f) insert—

“(fa)     an offence under paragraph 2, 3 or 4 of Schedule 2A (offences committed by a lay member of the Court Martial);
