[33A  Duty to release prisoners: special cases]

[(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý As soon as a prisoner—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý whose sentence is for a term of less than twelve months; and

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý who has been released on licence under section 34A(3) or 36(1) below and recalled to prison under section 38A(1)
