112  Power to make administration order

(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý Where a debtor—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý is unable to pay forthwith the amount of a judgment obtained against him; and

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý alleges that his whole indebtedness amounts to a sum not exceeding the county court limit, inclusive of the debt for which the judgment was obtained;

[the county court] may make an order providing for the administration of his estate.

[(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý Where a debtor is unable to pay forthwith the amount of any debt owed by him, the county court may make an order providing for the administration of his estate.

(1A)ÌýÌýÌýÌý The order may be made—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý on the application of the debtor (whether
