19  Interpretation of Part II

(1)     In this Part—

“controlled drug” means a controlled drug within the meaning of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971;

“feeding stuff” and “fertiliser” have the same meanings as in Part IV of the Agriculture Act 1970;

“food” does not include anything containing tobacco but, subject to that, has the same meaning as in the [Food Safety Act 1990] or, in relation to Northern Ireland, the same meaning as in the [Food Safety (Northern Ireland) Order 1991];

“licensed medicinal product” means—

(a)     any medicinal product within the meaning of the Medicines Act 1968 in respect of which a product
