[368Q  Application of Part 4A in relation to the Welsh Authority]

[[(A1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý Section 368BA (advance notification) does not apply in relation to an on-demand programme service provided or to be provided by the Welsh Authority, other than a service that includes advertising.]

[(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý In section 368C (duties of appropriate regulatory authority), references to a provider of an on-demand programme service only include references to the Welsh Authority in the following subsections —

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý subsection (1), so far as it relates to section 368CB,

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý subsection (2), and

(c)ÌýÌýÌýÌý subsection (5).]
