224  Meaning of “initial expiry date”

[(1)     Subject to any postponement under this section, for the purposes of this Part the initial expiry date for the following types of licence is 31 December 2014—

(a)     a licence to provide a Channel 3 service;

(b)     a licence to provide Channel 5;
