In section 38 of the Administration of Justice Act 1964 (interpretation), the definition of “domestic courtâ€, which is spent, shall be omitted.

In the Domestic Proceedings and Magistrates' Courts Act 1978—

(a)     for the words “domestic proceedingsâ€, wherever they occur in [section] 88(1), there shall be substituted “family proceedingsâ€;

(²ú)ÌýÌýÌýÌý for the words “domestic court panelâ€, wherever they occur in section 16(5)(b), there shall be substituted “family panelâ€.
