37  Public notice as regards Commission orders etc

(1)     The Charities Act 2011 is amended as follows.

(2)     In section 337 (other provisions as to orders of Commission)—

(a)     after subsection (2) insert—

“(2A)     Where an application is made for an order under this Act or the Commission proposes to make such an order, the Commission—
