Carriage of Goods by Sea Act 1971 (1971 c 19) | Legislation

6 Ìý³§³Ü±è±è±ô±ð³¾±ð²Ô³Ù²¹±ô

(1)     This Act may be cited as the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act 1971.

(2)     It is hereby declared that this Act extends to Northern Ireland.

(3)     The following enactments shall be repealed, that is—

(a)     the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act 1924,

(b)     section 12(4)(a)
