45 Supply of information

45  Supply of information

(1)     If an SAB requests a person to supply information to it, or to some other person specified in the request, the person to whom the request is made must comply with the request if—

(a)     conditions 1 and 2 are met, and

(b)     condition 3 or 4 is met.
