SCHEDULE 1 Consequential Amendments of Other Enactments

Section 43

A The Births and Deaths Registration Act, 1874 (37 & 38 Vict c 88)

At the end of paragraph (6) of section thirty-seven there shall be inserted the following proviso:—

“Provided that no return of still-births shall be required to be made under this paragraph to the Registrar General of Births and Deaths in Englandâ€.
