51 Ìý±õ²Ô²õ±è±ð³¦³Ù´Ç°ù²õ

(1)     In this Act, “inspectorâ€, in the context of any provision, means a person appointed to be an inspector for the purposes of that provision by—

(a)     the appropriate national authority, or

(b)     a local authority.
