54  Permission to appeal

(1)     Rules of court may provide that any right of appeal to—

(a)     [the county court],

[(aa)     the family court,]

(b)     the High Court, or

(c)     the Court of Appeal,

may be exercised only with permission.

(2)     This section does not apply to a right of appeal in a criminal cause or matter.
