A person who does any of the following acts, within the specified territorial scope1, commits an offence2:
(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý if he provides a ship or aircraft to another, or agrees to do so, knowing, or having reasonable cause to believe, that broadcasts are to be made from it in contravention of the prohibition against broadcasting
