[(1)     In this Act “special drawing rights” means special drawing rights as defined by the International Monetary Fund; and for the purpose of determining the equivalent in sterling on any day of a sum expressed in special drawing rights, one special drawing right is to be treated as equal to such a sum in sterling as the International Monetary Fund have
