119  Short title, commencement and extent

(1)     This Act may be cited as the Local Government Finance Act 1992.

(2)     The following provisions of this Act, namely—

(a)     sections 99(2), 110 and 111;

(b)     paragraphs 1 to 4 of Schedule 10;

(c)     paragraphs 29(a), 30, 31(b), 32
