[144A  Collective exercise of certain rights in relation to cable re-transmission]

[(1)     This section applies to the right of the owner of copyright in a literary, dramatic, musical or artistic work, sound recording or film to grant or refuse authorisation for cable re-transmission of a [wireless] broadcast from [an] EEA . . . state in which the work is included.
