The below tracks live UK Trade Remedy Authority’s (TRA) trade remedy investigations and transition reviews of EU trade remedy measures. The TRA is the UK’s independent body tasked with investigating dumping, subsidies and safeguards and recommending that anti-dumping duties, countervailing duties or safeguard measures be imposed in the interest of the UK’s domestic industries. In addition, the TRA is tasked with reviewing the 43 existing EU trade remedy measures that were transitioned when the UK formally left the EU’s internal market (so-called transition reviews).
