In March 2018, the Irish Stock Exchange plc was acquired by Euronext. The Irish Stock Exchange plc joined Euronext’s federal model, and operates under the business name of Euronext Dublin, with Ireland becoming one of the six core countries of Euronext. Euronext is the leading pan-European exchange in the Eurozone, spanning Belgium, France, Ireland, The Netherlands, Portugal and the UK. Euronext’s mission is to power pan-European capital markets to finance the real economy. It brings together buyers and sellers in venues that are transparent, efficient and reliable. Euronext Dublin, by virtue of its specialist Debt Securities listing regime and pragmatic approach, has become one of the principal stock exchanges on which to list debt securities.

Helen joined Arthur Cox as Director of Listings. Helen has extensive funds and specialist debt securities expertise and has been involved in the financial services industry since 1995.



Together with the Director of Listings at the Irish Stock Exchange ('ISE'), Helen was responsible for setting up, establishing and expanding the ISE's successful Specialist Debt Listing team. As Head of Specialist Debt Listing the ISE saw substantial growth in this area with Helen ensuring the listing rules were consistently applied by her team while maintaining an efficient, smooth, flexible, streamlined approach at all times.



Through her experience of acting as regulator at the ISE Helen and her team at Arthur Cox have an unrivalled knowledge of the Listing Guidelines and Procedures and can provide real added value to the listing of debt securities and investment funds as they can pre-empt issues that may cause concern to the executives at the ISE and Central Bank of Ireland.
