Junior lawyers from the in-house community are screaming for help and support. Starting a legal career in-house comes with many challenges. 2020 has merely added more pressure and uncertainty for many. We know that in-house lawyers often feel they get less support in their learning compared to those working for law firms. It can be very isolating.
