Eddie Stobart update : PUSU extension

Eddie Stobart Logistics plc (Eddie Stobart) on 28 October 2019 that it had requested and was granted a third extension of the ‘put up or shut up deadline’ imposed on DBAY Advisors Limited (DBAY). Previous extensions were granted on 7 October and 16 October 2019. Whilst discussions of the possible offer remain ongoing, DBAY now has until 8 November 2019 to make a firm offer.

The extension to the deadline is a week before the PUSU deadline of the potential competing made by Wincanton plc (Wincanton) for Eddie Stobart.  Wincaton has until 15 November 2019 to make a firm offer.
